Manifold: High strength forged brass for long term use. Bolts: Eight 6mm grade 12.9. Plungers: A special thick solid ceramic for long life, strong durability and more resilience. Crankcase: Precision die-cast, large cooling fins and anodized for maximum heat dissipation. Sight glass, fill and side and bottom drain plugs. Bearings: Oversized for maximum life and load disbursement, needle bearing on the drive side and ball on the non-drive side. Each bearing is held in position on the crankshaft and crankcase by snap rings. This assures positive alignment and centering of the connecting rods and crankshaft in relation to the crankcase, it also eliminates the crankshaft from floating. Valves, Seats, and Springs: Stainless steel with specially designed Ultra Form material valve cages that are impervious to water absorption and provide long life and positive seating. Seals and V-Packings: Continuously lubricating for extended life. Plunger Rods: High strength stainless steel. Connecting Rods: One piece special alloy aluminum based, oversized for maximum strength, load disbursement, and long life. Heavy pin area construction, for added load strength.

Plunger Pumps are designed for a wide variety of high pressure washing applications. They are constructed with die-cast bodies and feature a brass head. Internal components include special thick solid ceramic plungers for long life and durability. Precision cast cooling fins are anodized for maximum heat dissipation. Oversized needle bearings on the drive side, and ball on the non-drive side together with the precision supports assure positive alignment and centering in relation to the crankcase. Valve cages of special designed Ultra-Form provide positive seating and extended life. Ball bearings on both sides of solid shaft drive pumps. One-piece connecting rods are special alloy aluminum, oversized for strength and load disbursement. These pumps are designed for gearbox , belt drive, or coupling drive systems driven by eletric motor or gasoline driven systems, gasoline engine driven systems.

Warranty: Annovi Reverberi, North America warranty period is established from the date of invoice/shipment. The standard A.R. warranty is one year; however, certain models carry extended warranty periods as outlined in our full warranty statement. Items not covered under the standard warranty include wearable items such as seals, cups, o-rings, valves, seats and manifolds. Pumps are not covered under warranty, if run beyond their specifications, abused or neglected, serviced with other than genuine Annovi Reverberi parts or operated with alternative oils that do not provide proper lubrication.
