I only received a portion of a credit due to an open package. I understand your policy, but how are you to know if the parts are correct unless you open the package. Your parts are only covered in heat shrink material which is replaceable. Yes I am the one who ordered the part, but customer service goes along way. I ask for your consideration and review this issue. You telephone customer service was polite and helpful when it was discovered I had the wrong parts. O rings cannot be matched up when covered in plastic. Thanks for your consideration.
